Would You Sit Still

I used to love the 'Temeraire' series by Naomi Novik, though this was the only piece of fanart I ever drew for it. Rather than draw Captain Laurence and his Chinese Imperial, I drew Captain Granby and his (quite literally) fiery young dragon Isierka, a hatchling from Turkey with no idea how to behave in the British Aerial Corps.

Based on a scene where she tries shooting fire at a French Pou-de-Ciel, despite Granby's best efforts to rein her in.
