Sympathy For The Devil Pg 01-02by *Canadian-Rainwater

I finally managed to overwork myself yesterday in regards to animation matters, leading to throbbing headaches all night and all morning that caused me to lose hours of sleep. I was granted a day off to get back on my feet, and took the opportunity to just work on some personal art for a change, something that didn't involve my pirates.

These are pages 1 and 2 of a 12-page comic I drew at the end of last year, as a sort of "filler" to make up for my absense in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Unfortunately, due to real life events, I'm only just getting around to coloring it now.

The events in this comic have already taken place, and though it was never officially roleplayed, those of us involved consider the comic as canonical. It will unveil the truth behind Laz'ab's condition - my psychotic Sith Inquisitor - from the perspectives of Doctor Azil'mort, his personal physician, and Caspira, who is unfortunately tasked with making sure Laz'ab doesn't suffer a relapse of "The Murders", as she refers to it.

I can't guarantee I'll be able to color the next two pages any time soon, but I hope to update it weekly in order to finish it ... yannow, before I die of exhaustion. Hopefully uploading these pages will give me the extra kick I need.

Wow... so much detail in each panel! How long does it take you to put together a comic strip like this?

The outlining alone took hours, and this page took about two days of on-off coloring. The next two pages have more detail, as Laz'ab himself makes an appearance, so it's taking longer.
