Got to draw the two best things in one: Faustina the thief and Malfatto's level 50 gear! ... Somewhat. ---
Spawned from a conversation with *Gellyh, in which we were discussing whether the Caduceus symbol on Malfatto's level 50 epic gear is accurate or not. The Caduceus is usually mistakenly used in place of the Rod of Asclepius, which is the symbol for medicine and healing whereas the Caduceus is usually representative of alchemy.
We also discovered that in "... Roman iconography it was often depicted being carried in the left hand of Mercury, the messenger of the gods, guide of the dead and protector of merchants, shepherds, gamblers, liars and thieves."[link]
Next thing I knew this image popped into my head and I had to draw it.
Couldn't decide which pose I liked better. Preferred the first but then the Caduceus wasn't so obvious on her tunic anymore ('course it turns out it's not so obvious on the second, anyway). But here, have both. Now if you'll excuse me I have a test on the 'morrow and sleep is probably a good idea.

Minus the giant needle.
