Thanks for the info, it's interesting stuff! I'm not big into makeup, either, though I do like to play around with different hairstyles (imitating styles from past centuries, styles from movies/TV, etc.)- I have to wonder how on earth the nobles managed to get their hair/wigs to hold all those wild hairdos back in the day, before they had hairspray and hairgel...I feel like I've read about it somewhere, but then again, maybe not? I pick up odd bits of trivia all over the place, and somehow I manage to keep most of them straight...it comes in handy sometimes!
