It's funny you should show this Sak, because I'm in the second class of animation now. Please tell me the truth it gets harder? And are you doing an animation like the old snow white version, where you draw frames and animate them on a painted scene?
It gets very hard. I've done traditional animation using a lightbox but I now animate digitally using a new program called TVPaint 10 Pro, which we have access to at college. You can get a better idea of the sort of thing I'm doing if you go to my Youtube account and check my Animations playlist, linked in my ID Information.
Ah, I see. I'm just about to use a lightbox desk myself, I've never heard of TVPaint 10 pro. On the opinion of a fresh animator, Would you prefer lightbox, or Digital?
It takes twice as long for me to draw anything digitally compared to traditionally, but it's much easier to check timing and to alter scale or composition digitally, because you can skip the entire scanning-and-compiling stage.
I understand, scanning is just a pain even if you just want to upload one picture. Thank you for answering my questions, I can't wait for the full animated film to come out, I watched all your animations and I thoroughly enjoyed them all.
JK.
I'd love to animate, but unfortunately I suck at drawing. I'll still give it a shot at some point.
