A last-minute poster drawn up for the animation showcase at LASALLE. I may replace this version of the poster with an alternative version depending on how much time I have. The "final" animation as-submitted can now be viewed on my Youtube account here:

The animation has no inking and no colors due to time constraints at the moment, and I'm not sure I see myself completing it fully any time soon. We'll see what the next school year brings.

PS: Some people have problems viewing the animation due to copyright blocks in their countries. This can be avoided by downloading a special extension on Firefox, which bypasses the block.

'Cecilia' animation, all characters, layout, and production work © Myself, Shamine A. King, 2012
Produced for LASALLE College of the Arts, Singapore
Music © Simon and Garfunkel

About Firefox, which extension do I downlaod again?

How do you time this animation anyway? With the storyboard/animatic? I've been trying to do some animations, and most of the time I have hard time timing them right, so...

that's amazing! is it all done in pencil, or did you do it digitally?

The animation is done traditionally using paper and pencil over a lightbox. It's compiled using Adobe Premier Pro.

We outline traditionally, but are expected to color and compile them using TV Paint next year. It's a program none of us have used.
